The program is a way for you, the customer, to save 10% on your overall purchase, and in turn your savings becomes a donation to the nonprofit organization associated with the promo code used during checkout.  This donation is made by Faith’s Garden and does not require any additional purchase/donation from customers.  Basically, the only thing it is costing the customer is the initial purchase of Faith’s Garden products.

Customers can browse through the nonprofit list below and choose the one they would like their savings to be donated to.  Locate the promo code associated with that nonprofit organization and enter that promo code upon checkout for the 10% discount to be applied to the order.  

After completing the checkout process, customers will receive a general order confirmation via email.  Following this email, customers will receive a second email confirming the nonprofit organization they chose along with the amount of the donation to be made by Faith’s Garden to the selected nonprofit organization.  As an example, if a customer’s order is $100 and they use any of the nonprofit promo codes, their 10% savings comes to $10, making their amount owed at checkout $90 (with the discount code applied).  That $10 they saved (in this example) will then be donated by Faith’s Garden to the nonprofit associated with the promo code used.  If a customer also qualifies for free shipping, their shipping savings do not qualify as a part of the donation amount.  Only the 10% savings from the Give Back program code count towards the donation amount to be made by Faith’s Garden.

Donations will be made annually (once a year) at the end of the year.

Yes.  Following the annual donation, customers will receive an email with the total donation made by Faith’s Garden for that year.  Since these donations are made at the end of the year, customers will receive this email within 30 days of the donation being made.  For example, if the donation is made on December 31, 2026, customers can expect to receive an email by the end of January 2027.

Customers will only receive one email within 30 days of the donation made by Faith’s Garden and it will include donation amounts for each nonprofit promo code the customer used (based on the email associated with the customer's purchases).

No.  These donations are being made by Faith’s Garden, they are not a donation by the customer.  Therefore Faith’s Garden will be the donor and sole recipient of any and all donation receipts.

Any complete purchase made using a promo code provided by Faith’s Garden from the list of eligible nonprofit organizations.  A complete purchase is any purchase made using a promo code that is processed, shipped, received by the intended customer, and considered fulfilled as ordered.  Therefore, in the event an order is refunded for any reason, the order no longer meets the qualifications for the Give Back program.  If there is a partial refund for any reason, the donation amount will reflect the updated savings amount based on the updated purchase amount after the partial refund.  Gift cards are not included in this promotional
