Refund policy

Returns

Customer experience is of great value to us.  When we craft each product, it is our hope that you love them just as much as we do.

Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product.  Please email: andrea@shopfaithsgarden.com.  In the email subject, please type: RETURN REQUEST.  In the body of the email please provide your reason for requesting to return your product(s) and include your order # for reference.

If you wish to initiate a return, we will refund the original form of payment used upon purchasing the product upon receipt of the returned product.  The customer is responsible for the return label.

Otherwise, due to the personal nature of our products and the great deal of time that goes into creating each and every one of them, all sales are final.

Once your package arrives, please fully inspect all products.  If you notice any damages, please contact us immediately.  Images will be required.  Send images and information about damaged products to andrea@shopfaithsgarden.com.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
